Lambda Delta Psi
National Philanthropy
Lambda Delta Psi supports the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) to fight against and raise awareness for ovarian cancer. September is the month of ovarian cancer awareness. Ovarian cancer is a type of cancer that begins in the ovaries and is the 5th leading cause of death in women across the United States. Each fall, LDY hosts a week only philanthropy week in order to promote awareness and education for ovarian cancer and the NOCC.
Community Service
Community service is strongly stressed and valued in Lambda Delta Psi. Each chapter and colony, actively participates the many different types of community service through the semester. We love giving back to the community that we live in as it builds character and connects us with the place we live.
